Processing takes 1-2  BUSINESS days. Shipping takes 3-5 BUSINESS days. 

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
You have 24 hours from purchasing your order to email us at jesnaturale@gmail.com to cancel your order. Not all cancellations are guaranteed due to high demand of orders to fulfill. 

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at jesnaturale@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.
